Graduating from Strathclyde University in Scotland in 1990 with a BEng (Hons) in Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering, Jason has 21 years experience in the offshore industry ranging from design (involving advanced numerical analyses) through to field supervision of construction and installation operations for fixed and floating platforms, in addition to submarine pipelines and subsea production facilities.

Jason's experience includes work on projects in the UK and Norwegian sectors of the North Sea in deep water floating developments West of Shetlands, and in Nigeria where he gained some 18 months of construction site experience.

His technical experience includes mooring analysis, floating production system modelling (diffraction and motion analysis), subsea installation analysis (including pipelay and diverless installation activities) and site supervision of these oil field construction operations.

Jason's recent experience in Australia has focused on subsea rigid and flexible tie-in systems and S, J and reeled rigid pipelay installation as well as diverless installation activities in both shallow and deep water, for a variety of clients including installation contractors and oil majors.
